One installer, three steps
Install and open the plugin
What you download is a pkg installer, not a .sketchplugin file. Double-click and click through; it is notarized, so macOS will not block it. Restart Sketch and open Menu -> Plugins -> Design Mirror, then sign in. The 4.0 plugin is no longer split by Sketch version — one installer covers every release, so there is no version-specific download to hunt for. The same installer also sets up the Photoshop, XD and Illustrator panels.
